We then arrange a viewing of each, to allow a clear analysis removing any unsuitable options. A report shall be issued giving the summary of the search along highlighting the aspects of the property in relation to your needs.
We are more than happy to arrange the viewings and accompany you during the visits.
4. From offer to completion
Once you are ready to make an offer. We shall assist in the negotiation of the property sale.
If you need assistance to the completion of the sale with additional services we shall be happy to arrange for a survey of the house & even an appointment of a solicitor if required.
